We have a small showroom with clearance items as well as some new featured items to view. When I rang to check on the order they were very honest and said that unfortunately they had found that the sofa I had chosen was slightly damaged and would I like a (more expensive) alternative. It was similar but not entirely to my tastes so I declined their offer and they instantly processed a full refund. If I had one recommendation for them they should send a confirmation email once the order has been placed, rather than me calling to check, but apart from that they were great.
